He also served as an Agile Program Lead at U.S. Bank, where he led the transformation of agile practices across 15 teams, improving delivery and financial tracking for multi-million-dollar projects.
Vladimir holds a Master of Science in Math and Programming Technology from Saint Petersburg State University, and has completed numerous certifications, including a Certified Change Consultant from the Enterprise Agility University, Certified LeSS Practitioner, and Professional Agile Coach (ICP-ACC).
